The Business Breakthrough Intensive is designed to help small business owners by providing you with the space, time, tools, strategies, and insights you need to break through self imposed barriers, unlock your business's full potential, and achieve remarkable results.

It's a 1-1 coaching intensive where you get to sit down with me for three days and WORK on your business.

What I've discovered working with numerous clients is that we often get our biggest breakthroughs when they are "intensively" focused on their business without external distractions.
And from my experience it's not possible to radically improve your business in a couple of hours, you need a few days focused work to create the BIG transformations you want in your business

The 3 Day Business Breakthrough is hosted at a boutique 4 star hotel, near my house in the beautiful Essex countryside.
This gives us the perfect, relaxed environment to get us focused on the growth of your business.
The hotel also has three swimming pools and a great restaurant so you can get plenty of rest & relaxation when we aren't working

In fact it's such a nice location that people often bring their partners for some pampering, whilst we work on your business (lucky them)
Why 3 days & Why In A Hotel?
After working with dozens of clients to help them grow their businesses I've noticed that they tend to get their best work done when they are out of their regular environment (with all its habitual stresses & thought patterns) and in a relaxed & comfortable space where creative & strategic thinking can occur.

Occasionally we just need to take some time to get away, clear our heads, relax and take an "exterior" view of business to see what was right in front of us all the time

The hotel I've chosen is very relaxing, with nice rooms and great amenities meaning we can exclusively focus on your business without any of the habitual distractions you'd get at home or in your business.

Matt spent the time before the weekend going over every issue and problem, we believed we had and prepared a huge range of teaching materials directed towards these issues. None of what he was teaching was just an off the shelf solution, all of it was tailored to our business needs.

We were able to sit and discuss what order we wanted to work on problems, depending on how important they were to our business. The training was delivered in a nice and relaxed atmosphere, enabling us to be very candid with Matt about our business issues.
When it came to one of our major issues (Facebook ads) matt spent a good few hours helping us solve problems with Facebook, then once these unexpected problems were solved talked us through, in detail, how to implement everything. This was some of the most useful business training we have had on Facebook ads!

Once the weekend came to a close, Matt spent the time to show us how to implement the training, and what order would be best to do this, giving us a clear 6-month pathway for our business.

The hotel Matt chose for training was a very high standard, very comfortable to do training in and with a great range of food, drinks and spa facilities. Having these available, whilst working on the business so intensively, meant that we could work at a hard rate all day, but without feeling burned out or overwhelmed.

I would recommend Matts intensive training to anyone, as I believe he would be able to tailor this to all levels of business. This isn’t just an intensive basics course!
